Here you will find some national and local community supports based in West Cork. Some of these organisations have 24 hour phone lines should you need to speak to someone urgently.
www.pieta.ie - Pieta provides a range of services nationally to people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, those who engage in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide.
