What we offer

While the core of our work is counselling and psychotherapy, we recognise that other forms of support may be more suitable to meet specific needs. So we continue to expand the range of our services while also ensuring that we grow at a sustainable and responsible pace. On this page, we will share news about our recent, current and upcoming initiatives

These include…

Counselling for Individuals

Our aim is to create a welcoming and confidential space where people feel comfortable discussing anything they struggle with. We currently provide counselling to adults and teenagers aged 13 and up, in person or online.

Groups and Workshops

We also run groups and workshops. These are spaces for connection, healing, and shared growth, for example support for mothers or feeling safe again after a traumatic experience. Contact us to find out more.

Community of Practice

“A community of practice is a group of people who share a common concern, a set of problems or an interest in a topic and who come together to fulfill individual and group goals.”
(ERLC, 2016)

We host ‘Community of Practice’ get-togethers to share resources and ideas within the mental health community. Please get in touch if you would like to be involved.
