Join our collective

We are trying out a way of working where we can bring our whole selves to the Collective: our expertise, curiosity, questions and also our insecurities and bad days when we need someone in our corner.

Four Sylvanian Families: a white rabbit with black eyes and ears, a black dog with a red collar, a brown bear, and a white cat with a collar and black markings, standing together.

We believe that we do our best work when we feel supported and connected to the people around us, and that a thriving professional ecosystem naturally ripples outward into our client work and the wider community.

Importantly, we are committed to a way of being together that ultimately feels like a healthy and purposeful base for us, as professionals and human beings. We think deeply, care genuinely, and are quietly reimagining what mental healthcare can look like both in our own practice and beyond.

At its heart, we are a collective committed to a purposeful and sustainable way of working that feels healthy for us as professionals and as human beings.

We believe The Together Collective might be a good match for someone who:

  • Is part of an organisation and would like to expand their service to Dunmanway/West Cork.
  • Offers specialist support that is needed in West Cork, like addiction counselling or couples/family therapy.
  • Works with supervisees in a small group format and would like an inviting space to work face-to-face.
  • Wants to start a much-needed peer support group about a topic they are passionate about.
  • Feels like the wider field of mental health might be missing something and wants to realise a collective vision of mental health care that’s exciting and ready to emerge.
  • Feels isolated in their private practice and is looking for new connections and possibilities.
  • If you are a mental health professional and could see yourself as part of our team or would like to learn more about us, get in touch and we’ll put the kettle on!
